Unit: CSEA Classification Hours / Work Year: 3.5 to 8 Hours / 10 Months (180 Days – School days Only) CSEA Salary (Range 121): Step A $24.88, Step B $26.14, Step C $27.47, Step D $28.86, Step E $30.32, Step F $31.85 Promotional /Open: The promotional group as well as the general public may apply. The promotional side of the eligibility list shall take precedence when certifying eligibles. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and one year general clerical experience preferably including frequent public contact. Read, write, and speak proficient in both English and Spanish languages.

SELECTION & EXAMINATIONS: The selection process will consist of a competitive application screening for completeness, qualifications, and experience. A written exam (weighted 40% of your score) and an oral panel interview (weighted 60% of your score) will be conducted. A passing score must be achieved on each portion of the exams. Final selection will be made from those who achieve the three highest ranking scores.
