The University of Detroit Mercy, Michigan’s largest, most comprehensive private University, is currently accepting applications for the Track & Field Graduate Assistant. Detroit Mercy is an NCAA Division I institution that sponsors 17 varsity sports that compete primarily in the Horizon League.

The Track & Field Graduate Assistant will assist in the daily operations of the Track & Field program, including, but not limited to: assist the coaching staff in teaching proper event techniques and competition strategies abiding by the rules of the sport, NCAA, and Horizon League; assist the coaching staff with supervision of practices and training programs for student-athletes as needed; aid in the Track & Field recruiting process; assist with travel arrangements and special events.

If the following checklist sounds like you...then send us your credentials: a creative self-starter with a minimum of a bachelor's degree, possess excellent organizational skills, written and oral communication skills, don't mind long days that include travel, have a good sense of humor with the passion to compete and create a winning program. Must be accepted into a graduate program at the University of Detroit Mercy.
