Customer Relations Specialist - Work from Home FT/PT at Qureos Inc

In this role, you will route requests and answer questions by phone, in person, and through text and email.

Our Customer Relations Specialists earn a competitive base salary with the potential to earn additional performance-based pay. There is no limit to the amount of performance pay you can earn, as it is based on the number of outbound calls you make and appointments you set.

Responsibilities

• High-volume of inbound/outbound calls (80–120 outbound calls/day)
• Focused on booking appointments and converting leads
• Call center or phone sales experience preferred
• Schedule appointments for specialists to meet with homeowners about their home improvement projects
• Create an inviting, inspiring atmosphere that helps guests visualize their project by maintaining a clean, organized showroom and workspace
• Work occasional in-person events to set appointments and provide a positive customer experience
• Build and nurture strong professional connections with customers, earning their trust and respect through consistent and reliable communication
• Assist with other office-related duties as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma required with Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in a customer support role/call center environment
• Proven superior customer service skills including ability to cross-sell products and services
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
• Good written/chat communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Team player with high attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
• • Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft applications, customer databases, and scheduling software; ability to navigate multiple windows, screens, and programs; and ability to learn new programs quickly
