Join our hardworking Human Resources team at the Colorado Springs, CO location! We are looking for an HR professional to help us grow in staffing and support aspects for our production population. We are looking for a go getter who can take new tasks head on, stay organized, and solve problems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Learn and increase your knowledge of manufacturing operations.
- Manage recruiting efforts primarily for our production business unit.
- Input job descriptions and start the approval process.
- Filter top candidates.
- Conduct HR interviews.
- Schedule candidate testing and interviews for the hiring team.
- Coordinate preemployment requirements for new hires.
- Manage all system and onboarding tasks.
- Provide support on additional requisitions as needed.
- Data entry for the Workday system.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital records.
- Support partnership activities with local K-12 and post-secondary education.
- Attend and lead job fair and outreach events.
- Be flexible to project needs.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects.
Work schedule is 1st shift, 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. As we support a 24/7 operation, there may be off hours based on business need.
This role is 100% onsite.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with a Human Resources or Business degree focus is required.
- 1+ years of experience in the HR field with preference on staffing.
- Working experience with Microsoft Suite.
- Skilled in Excel with creating, modifying, and running reports.
- Prior experience in an HRIS system such as Workday is a plus.
- Working knowledge of employment laws.
- Customer service focused with an ability to converse with various personality types.
- Successful demonstration of communication and presentation skills.
- Problem solving skills to support site needs and determine top candidates for the job at hand.
- Adaptability to where your support is needed most and able to multitask.
- Lead with a positive attitude.
- Punctuality in work schedule and task completion.

The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $57,784-75k.*
- Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
