This position has advanced knowledge and will serve as a subject matter expert in determining health care eligibility and processing enrollments, changes and terminations of all health plans offered by OPERS in accordance with OPERS rules, statutes, plan documents, policies and procedures. What Y ou’ll B ring

• A High School Diploma or GED is required, with a Bachelor’s degree being preferred
• At least 1 year of experience as a Health Care Processor or comparable work experience
• Strong knowledge of Health Care and Benefits programs from OPERS or comparable organizations.
• The ability to take initiative and be self-directed in your work
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Be able and willing to think outside the box
