Nelson Mazda Murfreesboro is looking for a Service Drive Team Leader who has a passion for serving people and developing high-performing teams. If you are a natural leader who enjoys coaching, motivating, and helping others succeed, we'd love to meet you.

Automotive experience is not required. We are looking for leadership ability, a servant's heart, and the desire to learn our business. We will provide the training and support needed for your success.

What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire a team of Service Advisors
• Coach team members daily to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Create a positive, high-energy work environment
• Lead by example through professionalism, integrity, and accountability
• Help develop team members both personally and professionally
• Monitor daily performance and coach for continuous improvement
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and urgency
• Work closely with service technicians and dealership leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications

• College graduate preferred
• Leadership experience in any industry is a plus
• Automotive experience is not required
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Schedule

• Full-time
• Five-day work week
• Saturdays required
• Closed Sundays

Compensation

• $66,000 - $84,000 annual salary
