Job Description: We are looking for an experienced area supervisor to manage and oversee a multi-property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role and possess a strong ability to exercise initiative, independent analysis, and judgment in managing complex administrative and managerial tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize independent analysis and judgment to handle difficult administrative and managerial tasks.
- Demonstrate strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, property management software, email, internet, and ILS.
- Communicate effectively with property owners, employees, and vendors.
- Work with property budgets and comprehend financial statements.
- Assist with recruiting activities and managing on-site personnel.
- Support on-site teams to achieve occupancy levels as per owner/budget expectations.
- Conduct on-site inspections.
- Provide conflict resolution.
- Must have the ability to travel, will require out of town travel.
- Travel expenses paid.

Requirements
Qualifications:

- High School diploma or equivalency certificate required.
