C2H Position

Rate : 40/hr on W2

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team members to develop effective recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Source, screen, assess, and present qualified candidates for technology roles, including Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data, AI and other Enterprise Technology positions.
  • Continuously build and maintain talent pipelines/network for current and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage Job boards, sourcing tools, applicant tracking system, CRM and other sourcing channels to identify and engage top technology talent.
  • Provide market intelligence and talent insights, including talent availability, competitor activity, market trends, compensation expectations, and hiring challenges, to help inform hiring strategies and business decisions.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers by sharing relevant market data and recommendations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Act as a trusted Talent partner to hiring managers while balancing business priorities and recruitment best practices.
  • Understand current technology talent market conditions and maintain knowledge of emerging recruiting trends and sourcing techniques.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional IT recruiting experience.
  • Experience in a corporate environment; agency experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, ATS and other sourcing tools to engage, and attract talent.
  • Experience leveraging market intelligence and recruiting analytics to source and guide hiring decisions and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation skills.
  • Experience recruiting within financial services, Technology and/or highly regulated industries preferred
  • Familiarity with current laws and legal requirements concerning recruitment and employment, including EEO, ADA, and labor relations.
