Program Manager at ABHITO LLC

ABHITO LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream technology programs for federal and enterprise clients. You will oversee end-to-end program delivery across our Enterprise Integration, Automation, and Agentic AI solution lines.

Responsibilities:

• Own program governance, schedule, budget, and stakeholder communications across multiple concurrent projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, AI, QA, and infrastructure
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate appropriately
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with federal agency and enterprise stakeholders
• Drive program reporting, status briefings, and executive presentations
• Ensure delivery aligns with contract requirements, SOWs, and CDRLs

Requirements:

• 8+ years of program management experience, including federal IT programs
• PMP certification required; PgMP preferred
• Experience managing technology programs in AI, automation, or enterprise integration
• Strong knowledge of federal acquisition and contracting environments
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
