What you'll do: Oversee delivery of complex construction projects — on time and on budget Drive quality assurance and strategic master planning across statewide capital projects Lead and supervise project management teams Manage capital development and building improvement budgets Advise senior state officials on major infrastructure initiatives Champion a culture of innovation, efficiency, and top-tier customer service

What you bring: Bachelor's or graduate degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field Considerable experience managing large, complex construction or development projects Proven supervisory experience in a related field Strong communication and knowledge of public administration, budgeting, and building design/construction
