Position Summary
The Office Administrator supports daily office operations and ensures a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming workplace. This role provides administrative, facility, and employee support while coordinating communication, office resources, and basic financial processes. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Facility & Workspace Coordination
- Oversee workspace organization, seating plans, and office layout
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
- Ensure office safety and compliance with facility guidelines
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages, Ups and Fedex
- Issue Employee security badges using C-Cure
Financial & Record Management
- Process invoices, expense reports, and basic budgeting tasks
- Manage office records, files, and documentation
- Support purchasing activities for office materials and equipment
People & Team Support
- Assist with onboarding by preparing workspaces, equipment, and orientation materials
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests
- Answer and redirect incoming calls
- Contribute to Team Konnect, TK United, and Health & Wellness team initiatives by creating event communications and supporting participation
Communication & Coordination
- Manage office‑wide communications and announcements
- Coordinate events, meetings, or travel arrangements
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners
Key Competencies

- Professionalism and ability to handle pressure
- Ability to keep others informed and maintain positive working relationships
- Manage basic office technology
- Experience such as conference room systems, printers, I-Office, C-Cure, Oracle, Coupa, Climate Zone Studio a plus
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five years of relevant administrative or office coordination experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Must be able to lift and move up to 35 lbs.
$45,400.00 - $96,000.00
