At Savant, we're looking for an Enterprise Strategy Associate – Change Management to help turn ideas into action. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of strategy, communication, organizational effectiveness, and change adoption—helping leaders build alignment, drive meaningful change, and ensure strategic priorities become operational reality. This isn't a traditional change management role. It's designed for someone who is deeply curious about how organizations actually work: why some initiatives gain traction while others stall, how leaders influence execution, and what it takes to create lasting behavioral change across a complex enterprise. You'll work closely with senior leaders to shape strategic narratives, improve organizational alignment, drive technology and AI adoption, and help the firm navigate meaningful transformation. In this role you will:
Drive Strategic Alignment
Partner with senior leaders to build alignment around major decisions and strategic priorities.
Diagnose organizational friction, communication gaps, and execution barriers.
Help design governance structures, operating rhythms, and communication approaches that improve clarity and execution.
Assess organizational readiness for change and provide recommendations on sequencing and implementation.
Shape Enterprise Communications
Develop executive presentations, strategic narratives, discussion materials, and leadership communications.
Translate complex ideas into practical, compelling messages.
Help shape how strategic priorities are communicated across the organization.
Build the analytical and narrative foundation behind important enterprise decisions.
Lead Change and Adoption Efforts
Drive adoption of enterprise technology, AI-enabled workflows, and new ways of working.
Develop change strategies that account for organizational behavior, incentives, communication, and leadership influence.
Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and leadership discussions that produce meaningful decisions and actionable next steps.
Help strategic initiatives gain lasting traction by creating sustainable behavior change.
Provide Strategic Analysis and Insights
Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis to support enterprise decision-making.
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative information into actionable insights.
Bring structure and clarity to complex business challenges.
Develop frameworks and recommendations that support long-term organizational evolution.

In this role, you'll help create the communication structures, alignment mechanisms, and change strategies that improve organizational clarity and accelerate execution. You'll be known for your ability to combine analytical rigor with strong judgment, helping leaders make better decisions and driving adoption of new technologies and ways of working that create lasting impact. You'll build solutions that compound over time—creating frameworks, narratives, and operating approaches that continue to strengthen the organization well into the future.
This role typically requires the following
Experience driving adoption of technology, AI tools, or new ways of working within an organization.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, structured thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
High emotional intelligence and sound interpersonal judgment.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and creating clarity for others.
Ability to influence across teams and leadership levels without relying on formal authority.
Curiosity about organizational behavior, leadership effectiveness, and business transformation.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Behavior, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, Public Policy, or a related field.
4–7 years of experience in strategy, organizational effectiveness, communications, consulting, professional services, financial services, or a related field.
Experience supporting enterprise initiatives, strategic planning, or organizational change efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or equivalent graduate-level education.
Early-career experience in management consulting with a desire to move from advisory work into execution and implementation.
Experience facilitating executive workshops, leadership alignment sessions, or cross-functional working groups.
