Happy Day Juice Co. is hiring a part-time Team Member for our NE Fremont location.

We're looking for someone dependable, hard-working, and customer-focused who wants to be part of a small business that values quality, consistency, and genuine hospitality.

Weekend availability is required. Applicants must be available to work both Saturdays and Sundays as part of their regular schedule.

This position is ideal for someone looking for a consistent part-time job while attending school or balancing other commitments. We're hoping to find someone who can stay with us year-round, including during the school year, and make a reliable commitment to a consistent schedule.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys serving others. Customer service is the foundation of what we do. We believe people can get a smoothie anywhere, but how they're treated is what keeps them coming back.

At Happy Day, every team member plays an important role in the daily operation of the business. This position involves food preparation, customer service, cleaning, dishwashing, restocking, and drink and food production. You'll be expected to work efficiently, stay organized, communicate well with your teammates, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and customer care throughout your shift.

This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.

Position Details

• Part-time position (approximately 15 25 hours per week)
• Year-round employment
• NE Fremont location
• Both Saturday and Sunday are required as part of the regular schedule
• $16.80/hour base wage
• Tips average an additional $7 11/hour
• Typical total compensation is $23.80 27.80/hour
