Rockwell Automation is looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Early Career Talent Advisor to support our campus and early talent hiring efforts across North America. This role is ideal for someone with interest in recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition.
You will attract, engage, and hire early career talent across internship, co-op, and entry-level programs. You will play an important part in building relationships with universities, connecting with students, and partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver hiring outcomes aligned to our needs.
As part of the North America Early Career Talent Acquisition team, you will contribute to both hands-on recruiting and campus engagement efforts. This includes supporting full-cycle recruiting, helping implement campus strategies, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
You will report to the Manager, Regional Talent Acquisition – North America and have a hybrid schedule working in Milwaukee, WI or Twinsburg, OH. You will partner with hiring managers, program leaders, and cross-functional teams to support intern, co-op, and entry-level hiring.
Your Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting for early career roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, career centers, faculty, and student organizations to develop diverse talent pipelines
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to understand hiring needs and align on candidate profiles
- Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and onboarding, including ongoing candidate communication
- Represent Rockwell Automation at campus events, career fairs, national events and information sessions to build brand awareness and engage early talent
- Source and engage candidates through campus channels, events, and digital platforms
- Support the planning and execution of campus recruiting events and programs, including logistics and coordination
- Partner with recruiting platforms and vendors (e.g., RippleMatch) to support pipeline development and event execution
- Track recruiting activity and support reporting on pipeline health, event effectiveness, and hiring outcomes
- Contribute to recruiting operations and continuous process improvements to support efficient, scalable hiring
The Essentials - You Will Have
- Bachelor's degree required
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
- The ability to travel 10% of the time.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related field
- Typically requires 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field, including internships or early career roles
- Experience supporting early career or campus recruiting programs, or working with students and university organizations
- Experience coordinating events, managing logistics, or supporting recruiting operations
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday) and early career platforms (e.g., RippleMatch)
- Exposure to recruiting analytics, data reporting, or working across multiple systems
- Builds collaborative partnerships and works across teams
- Demonstrates accountability and ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Contributes to a team environment that supports inclusion, respect, and continuous improvement
- Experience supporting process improvements or maintaining documentation (e.g., SharePoint, process guides)
- Willingness to travel for campus and national recruiting events
