On-Call Banquets Servers will assist the Banquet Leadership Team in preparing for Event Functions at the hotel, ensuring the function space is visually appealing, including linen and table setting and food station design. Servers present menu offerings for the event, including food & beverage service. Other duties include general banquet preparation, room refreshes, and maintaining a sanitary environment. This position requires strong personalized and friendly customer service.

The hourly rate range for this position is $17.13/hour to $17.47/hour. The starting rate is $17.13/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who are in a part-time or full-time status, who have remained in the position for four years or more, which is currently offered at $17.47/hour.

This position is a commissioned position and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position earns additional compensation through automatic service charges applied to banquet functions offering food & beverage. 16.5% of the taxable 25% service charge goes to the banquet service team (including servers) and captains. For internal events, 85% of the 15% service charge applied, goes to the banquet service team.
