Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

Coordinate all activities of the HSO Volunteer Office including volunteer assignments and scheduling, new volunteer on-boarding and training and issue resolution. Also responsible for maintaining accurate files on all volunteers and auxilians to meet regulatory compliance guidelines. May track and coordinate bereavement services for HomeCare Services.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates all volunteer operations, systems and processes.
  • Coordinates recruitment, selection, orientation and placement of volunteers.
  • Monitors use of volunteer resources.
  • Coordinates communication and volunteer recognition.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • Associate's Degree

Experience

  • <2 years

Supervisor Experience

  • < 2 years

Preferred Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree
