This position is considered a multi-craft maintenance role with a strong electrical and mechanical emphasis.

Pay

$30.91 – $37.30/hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Benefits available on the first day of employment (medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more)

Shift/Hours

12-hour shifts, 4 days per week

  • Monday–Thursday or Wednesday–Saturday
  • Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Probationary Schedule

During the probationary period, new hires will be assigned to a Wednesday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM shift.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Must be willing to work a 12-hour / 4-day schedule on any shift
  • 2–3 years of experience with electro-automation system installation and troubleshooting
  • Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery, including motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3-phase power, communication devices, industrial/electronic controls, and power transmission systems
  • Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to install and set up both AC and DC drives
  • PLC troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
  • Working knowledge of encoders, sensors, and limit switches
  • Experience with power transmission equipment, bearings, pneumatics, and hydraulics
  • Basic welding skills
  • Familiarity with air and electric pumps
  • Ability to install and troubleshoot 3-phase motor control circuits
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Other Qualifications

  • Must be computer literate
  • Willingness to contribute to team goals focused on quality production and customer service

Education / Experience

  • Military training or technical school preferred
  • 5+ years of experience troubleshooting industrial electrical control systems down to the component level
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including non-traditional schedules and overtime as needed
  • Manufacturing experience preferred; corrugated industry experience is a plus
