Who you are
As a Residential Review Analyst with Frost, you are one of our experts. In this role, you will review residential automated valuation models and associated property condition reports. You enjoy working with other departments and want to ensure timely and accurate evaluations with our signature all-win approach in mind.
What you’ll do
Review residential AVMs and third‑party Property Condition Reports (PCRs) to support estimated values for loan requests up to $400,000, ensuring AVM confidence scores meet required thresholds.
Perform enhanced collateral due diligence, including validating AVM comparable sales and incorporating PCR findings into final value conclusions.
Complete and document analysis in an abbreviated evaluation (Lender Review Report) within Appraisal Works, clearly supporting valuation conclusions.
Review residential appraisal reports prepared by independent fee appraisers for accuracy, reasonableness, and compliance with USPAP, investor, and internal guidelines.
Identify valuation or condition concerns and escalate reviews as appropriate to a Residential Appraisal Analyst, including recommending full third‑party appraisals when needed.

What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
Basic knowledge of legal descriptions and surveys
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications
Additional Preferred Skills
Texas Residential Appraiser Trainee Authorization
Experience with Multiple Listing Service and Marshall & Swift Valuation Service
