Business Development Coordinator - Hybrid Role at AdMed Inc.

AdMed has over 30 years of industry experience and we are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to join our team.
AdMed is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support the firm's growth initiatives across business development, client engagement, strategic relationship development, and marketing. This role will be focused on helping build visibility, strengthen client relationships, generate opportunities, and support long-term account growth.
This position is a full time, hybrid role and based in our Philadelphia, PA office.
Job Responsibilities
- Support Account Executives in the development of contracts and proposals
- Maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline
- Help the business development team achieve quarterly and yearly goals
- Conduct research on current accounts, potential new business accounts, and competition
- Coordinate with project management and medical teams to ensure accurate project scoping and timelines
- Manage multiple contract development tasks concurrently, allocating time according to priority
- Assist with internal process improvement plans
- Maintain and organize business development materials and resources

- A passion for business development
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders on various subject matters
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment; good organizational, multitasking, time management and prioritizing skills
- Excellent team player
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities effectively
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
Preferred/Beneficial Skills
- Background in marketing, sales, and/or business development
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience is highly beneficial
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science or a related field
