Technical Support Engineer at Haystack

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Maintain and execute a network of simulators and modeling capabilities
• Manage network, maintain Authority to Operate (ATO), and improve system design
• Perform Tier 1-3 troubleshooting during operations, hardware installs, and lifecycle management
• Support training in a live, virtual, and constructive environment
• Develop configuration management processes for geographically separated systems
• Operate virtual environment for large-scale training exercises and build new simulators

What You'll Need

• Experience working on complex networked distributed systems
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Linux Operating Systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with basic network and operating systems
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience with Tier 1 Level Technical Support, or 5+ years of experience with Tier 1 Level Technical Support in lieu of a degree
