Brand Ambassador- Part Time at Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths

Position Overview

Do you enjoy meeting new people and representing brands in your community?

As a Brand Ambassador with Joyce Factory Direct, you'll attend festivals, retail events, community gatherings, and home shows where you'll introduce homeowners to our company and create positive first impressions. This role is centered around relationship-building, brand awareness, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while generating interest in our products.

Compensation

• $17 per hour base rate
• Uncapped performance-based bonuses on leads and booked appointments
• Average earnings of $20–$25 per hour

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Serve as the public face of Joyce at community events and retail locations
• Welcome visitors and create engaging conversations
• Educate homeowners about our products and services
• Identify qualified homeowners interested in remodeling
• Schedule complimentary in-home consultations
• Keep displays clean, organized, and inviting
• Support event setup and breakdown

You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have:

• Experience in events, promotions, brand ambassador work, or customer-facing roles (preferred, not required)
• A confident, outgoing personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A natural ability to engage and connect with new people
• A reliable, professional presence in public-facing environments
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation to event locations
