What You'll Do
As a temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll support hiring across North America during a critical period of growth. In this hands-on role, you will partner with hiring managers, manage full-cycle recruitment, and help deliver the talent needed to support our clients, projects, and operations. Success in this role requires a recruiter who can build strong partnerships, create urgency, and keep hiring processes moving in a fast-paced environment.
Based in Atlanta, this position reports to our Global Talent Acquisition Manager in France and works closely with Exotec's centralized Talent Acquisition team. While collaborating with colleagues globally, your primary focus will be driving hiring results and supporting business growth across North America.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment activities across North America, from intake meetings through offer management and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define target profiles, and execute effective hiring strategies.
- Proactively source and engage talent across a variety of functions and levels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate screenings and manage candidates throughout the interview process.
- Drive a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and effective process management.
- Provide market insights and recruiting expertise to hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of recruitment activities and hiring progress.
- In partnership with the Employer Branding team, support recruitment marketing, employer branding, and talent attraction initiatives within North America as needed.
- Collaborate with local HR and global Talent Acquisition colleagues to continuously improve recruiting processes and hiring outcomes.

- Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or a similar hiring-focused role.
- Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions and keep recruitment processes moving forward.
- Comfortable creating urgency, driving accountability, and proactively following up with hiring managers and interview teams.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Organized, proactive, and execution-oriented approach to work.
- Experience recruiting for engineering, warehouse automation, logistics or intralogistics, or industrial roles is highly advantageous.
- Interest in technology, robotics, automation, or other innovative industries is preferred.
