We are seeking reliable and professional babysitters for backup care positions. This is a great opportunity for caregivers who want consistent weekly income with flexible scheduling.

You will be assigned shifts based on your availability and are expected to be dependable and responsive when scheduled. Must have week day availability

Provide attentive care to children in a home setting

Follow family instructions and routines

Arrive on time and remain professional at all times

Communicate promptly regarding availability and scheduling

Frequently cancel or miss shifts

Are often late or unresponsive

Are unsure of your weekly availability

Are only looking for occasional or last-minute work

Are reliable and take commitments seriously

Communicate quickly and clearly

Want consistent shifts and weekly income

Are comfortable with short-notice assignments

Availability Requirement

Must be available at least 3–4 weekdays (8 AM – 6 PM preferred)

Must be open to occasional same-day or next-day shifts
