What You'll Do
As our Workplace Experience Specialist, you'll help create an exceptional employee experience at Exotec's North America headquarters in Atlanta. Sitting at the intersection of workplace operations, employee engagement, and hospitality, you'll play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly while helping build a positive and connected workplace culture.
- Plan and champion local employee experience initiatives, including engagement activities, internal events, wellness programs, communications, and workplace culture efforts.
- Serve as a key point of contact for workplace operations, ensuring employees, visitors, and clients have a positive experience in our Atlanta office.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, from sourcing and contracting through ongoing performance oversight.
- Coordinate workplace projects, office improvements, relocations, and operational initiatives.
- Partner with Finance to manage invoices, budgets, and workplace-related services.
- Support onboarding activities and contribute to a welcoming experience for new hires.
- Help drive clear and engaging internal communications across the North America team.
- Identify opportunities to improve workplace services, employee experience, and operational processes.
Requirements

- Experience in workplace experience, office operations, facilities, hospitality, employee experience, event coordination, HR support, or a related field.
- A talent for building relationships and working effectively with employees, leaders, vendors, and visitors.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a desire to continuously improve how things are done.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and work onsite full-time in our Atlanta office.
- Nice to have: Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives, onboarding programs, workplace operations, facilities management, or multinational teams — additional language skills, particularly Spanish or French, are always welcome!
