The Role

• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business and data requirements
• Analyze business models, workflows, and processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, developers, and project teams
• Support testing, implementation, and production support phases of the project lifecycle
• Prepare reports, presentations, and data-driven insights for business decision-making
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost optimization

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of data analysis, business processes, and documentation
