Role Overview

Responsible for driving sales of specific wound care products by promoting solutions directly to healthcare providers within hospitals, clinics, and long-term care settings. The role involves managing territory activities, establishing relationships with decision-makers, delivering product education, and supporting sales targets through effective territory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls and set appointments with healthcare staff and administrators.
• Educate customers on product benefits, demonstrate products, and provide support.
• Manage leads, develop sales strategies, and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve sales goals via efficient sales cycle and territory management.
• Maintain accurate records, including Salesforce input, and complete administrative tasks.
• Travel within territory, up to 50%, to support clients and business growth.
• Build professional relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in health sciences or business.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with databases and computer software.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Indoor office setting with no adverse environmental conditions.
• Combination of sitting, standing, and walking; occasional lifting of equipment up to 20 pounds.
