Must be proficient in therapy software, maintain professional relationships, and adhere to legal and facility standards.

Qualifications

NBCOT certification, licensure in the state, graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program, CPR certification, and preferred one year of experience, though new grads are welcome. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Key Duties

Follow treatment plans, set and modify goals, oversee therapy staff, document accurately, ensure patient safety, and contribute positively to team dynamics. Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to policies.
