Customer Success Manager at eSkill

eSkill is a computer software company focused on helping organizations make better hiring decisions through customizable skills testing and pre-employment assessments. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play an important role in helping customers get lasting value from the platform while strengthening long-term partnerships. This role is centered on customer growth, retention, and satisfaction, with close collaboration across internal teams to support a strong overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify upsell, expansion, and renewal opportunities through usage insights and relationship management.
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to drive adoption and retention.
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address churn risks.
• Partner with sales, product, and support teams to resolve customer needs.
• Coordinate customer success communications, outreach programs, expansion and retention plays.
• Guide customers through the SaaS lifecycle including adoption, value realization, renewal and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer success or account management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience managing renewals, retention strategies, and expansion opportunities across customer accounts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Salesforce, customer success tools, and HubSpot.
• Familiarity with HR technology.
