Position

Louis Vuitton Garden State Plaza is seeking a motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Part-Time Operations Associate to join our team. We value client-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute their creativity and skills to the ongoing success and rich heritage of our brand. This seasonal opportunity is expected to last for approximately three months. There is potential for extension based on the evolving needs of the business, offering a chance for continued involvement.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring back-of-house efficiency, supporting the team in delivering exceptional service to clients, and maintaining processes in line with our brand’s standards. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in luxury retail operations, with a keen interest in operations, stock management, repairs, and after-sales support.

Job responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you should have experience working in a retail environment with a focus on operations. You must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, proactive in your approach, and enjoy problem-solving. Experience in luxury retail is preferred.

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of USD $25.00 - $32.00 plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package*, retirement plans with employer contributions*, and employee discount/perks.
