Data Analyst at Haystack

The Role

• Analyze, document, and evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop current-state and future-state process flows, workflows, and business process documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technical resources to gather requirements and define process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support process performance monitoring and decision making.
• Support automation and optimization initiatives utilizing SQL, Microsoft Access, VBA, Python, and other technology solutions.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or Management.
• Three or more years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operational excellence, business process reengineering, or organizational change.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• Experience working with business process modeling, process design, requirements management, and project coordination.
• Experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable business recommendations, including utilizing SQL for data extraction, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft Access, including database design, queries, forms, reports, and data management.
