Brand Marketing Manager, AI Education Adoption at Google

Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in education or developing assets, messaging, and narratives for marketing campaigns.
- Experience designing end-to-end marketing strategy and scaled adoption marketing initiatives.
- Experience building collaborative relationships across job functions (e.g., business development, product management, brand marketing).
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.
- Excellent project management skills and experience managing customer engagement, creative agencies, and cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will be the lynchpin to help lead a fundamental mindset shift in global education. By investigating educators’ current mindset about AI in the classroom in both K12 and higher education, getting to know university and educator influencers, you will help support our community of advocates. You will help to spark a global movement where educators lead their peers into the future of AI-enhanced learning through both scalable digital engagement and in-person community building. You will be a creative and results-driven lead, passionate about education and technology. You will have an understanding of generative AI and education, and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging, relatable, content and programs.Know the user. Know the magic. US: $141000 - $206000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Activate schools, universities, and educators to spur Gemini adoption through scaled content marketing and amplification of Impact programs.
- Develop content and drive asset amplification, partnering with the Impact team to promote and improve training assets (e.g., Gemini Academy, Higher Ed toolkits) and identifying missing training needs.
- Help partner with Brand team to launch AI literacy initiatives at the intersection of families and teachers, to empower educators to have fruitful conversations around screen value and better relationships about AI in the classroom with families.
- Demonstrate the Gemini value by finding "hidden gems"—educators doing incredible things—and turning their workflows into high-impact stories for adoption campaigns. Build a "library of inspiration"—a repository of real-world examples, assets, and stories about educators.
