Business Analyst at Haystack

The Role

• Analyze complex business processes and develop detailed test plans
• Document, communicate, and validate requirements throughout the development lifecycle
• Provide clear written communications to business owners, IT teams, and management
• Work with health insurance, the Affordable Care Act, or Medicaid eligibility and enrollment systems
• Review and evaluate technical specifications for business objective compliance
• Develop and execute test scenarios, review results, and manage defects

What You'll Need

• 84 months of experience supporting complex software systems or applications
• 84 months of experience in business process analysis and test plan creation
• Deep understanding of requirements documentation and validation
• Proven ability to provide comprehensive written communications
• Experience with ETL tools, batch jobs, or HIPAA compliant X12 format
• 60 months of experience reviewing technical specifications
