Role description Job Title: Senior Specialist - Business Analysis

Role Summary

• The Insurance Domain SME provides deep subject matter expertise in policy administration and insurance business processes to support the Freedom Core Platform within the Sirius transformation program
• The role ensures accurate translation of business requirements into system capabilities supports integration with Neutrinos workflows and MuleSoft APIs and helps align policy lifecycle processes with the target operating model across regions

Key Responsibilities

• Provide domain expertise across policy administration lifecycle processes including quote bind issue endorsement renewal and servicing
• Work closely with System Analysts Developers and QA teams within the POD to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Validate alignment of core platform capabilities Freedom with business expectations and ensure correctness of policy related workflows
• Support integration design by ensuring business rules and data flows are correctly represented across systems such as MuleSoft and Neutrinos orchestration layer
• Define and validate acceptance criteria business scenarios and test cases to ensure end-to-end functional accuracy
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning backlog refinement and program increment PI planning providing domain inputs for prioritization and delivery
• Identify gaps inefficiencies and opportunities for process optimization in existing policy administration systems and workflows
• Support compliance requirements and ensure alignment with regulatory standards and business policies across regions

Required Qualifications

• 8 - 12 years of experience in insurance domain roles preferably in policy administration
• Experience working with enterprise policy administration systems in transformation or modernization initiatives

Mandatory Skills

• Strong domain expertise in Insurance Policy Administration Claims lifecycle
• Deep understanding of policy lifecycle quote bind issue renews
• Insurance products preferably travel P&C or similar domains
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Understanding of underwriting processes policy servicing and partner driven distribution models

Good to Have Skills

• Experience working with policy administration platforms e.g., Freedom Lynx or similar systems
• Ability to understand and map system level capabilities to business requirements
• Integration Orchestration Awareness
• Understanding of API driven integration
• Workflow orchestration concepts e.g., Neutrinos or BPM platforms
• Ability to validate cross system business flows and dependencies
• Agile Delivery Model Skills
• Experience working within Agile Scrum teams
• POD based or SAFe delivery models
• AI enabled SDLC Mandatory
• Familiarity with AI assisted requirement analysis testing support or documentation
• Ability to work within client provided AI environments e.g., internal tools such as client’s GenAI platforms

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits

Compensation range: $130,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
