Maintenance Technician - Greensboro/Winston Salem at City Wide Facility Solutions

City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to support our commercial facility clients in the Greensboro/Winston-Salem (Triad) market. In this hands-on role, you'll handle general repairs, preventative maintenance, and day-to-day building upkeep to keep our clients' properties running smoothly.

What you'll do:

- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks at commercial facilities throughout the Triad

- Handle building upkeep projects, both indoors and outdoors

- Complete light painting and surface preparation work

- Repair doors, lighting, fixtures, and other building components

- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

- Work from ladders or lifts as needed for certain tasks

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at each jobsite

- On call schedule for emergency facility response.

Requirements

What we're looking for:

- Prior experience in maintenance, repair, or construction work

- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions

- Willingness to work from ladders or lifts when required

- Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn new skills

- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
