About the Role
We are expanding our Value & Access team, and are seeking an experienced Consultant to deliver strategic, high-quality work for clients, independently managing multiple Value & Access projects end-to-end—from scoping to execution—and leading client communications.
A key focus of this role is leveraging your deep expertise in the global and US access landscape to lead on the development of payer-focused value and reimbursement materials, health economic models, expert elicitation activities, and market access strategy deliverables.
Projects span multiple disease areas; the ability to rapidly assimilate to new therapeutic areas and manage multiple projects is essential. You will recruit, train and mentor Analysts, nurture long-term client relationships, and build your own pipeline of work. You will enhance the team’s capabilities and shape future projects by staying ahead of global and US access trends.
You will sit as part of the Management Team in Value & Access, with the opportunity to shape and drive team strategy and take part in service area-specific and company-wide Management Team-level training and discussions.
You will be based in our office in Boston, which was established in 2020, or our office in New York City, which was established in 2025. This presents opportunities to shape and drive our US company, while being supported by the success of our existing operations in the UK and Asia. You will work closely with your Boston-based Team Head and Regional Director, who each have 8+ years of experience in the industry, as well as other senior colleagues in the US and globally.
