THE JOB

As a Busperson & Runner for Sadelle's Cafe at Bellagio, you will play an essential, high-energy role in preserving the vibrant, upscale brunch atmosphere of our iconic dining room overlooking the conservatory. You will keep the excitement seamless by ensuring that your assigned section and tables remain in pristine, sanitary condition—swiftly clearing dishes, replenishing polished silverware, and stocking side stations with everything our guests need to enjoy our legendary towers and pastries. Working in perfect lockstep with Food Servers to guarantee the rapid, efficient delivery of exquisite dishes straight from the kitchen to the table, your proactive teamwork and dedication to cleanliness will create a flawless, luxurious environment that delivers outstanding guest service at every turn.

THE STARTING RATE: $20.3683 Hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY

• Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner

• Clean and sanitize all equipment

• Keep floors free of debris and spills

• Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the property

• Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station

• Clean and sanitize tables and chairs

• Retrieve orders the warehouse and stock storeroom

• Assist with proper stock rotation

• Run food as required by the Department

• Perform other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in a High-Volume restaurant as a Busperson or Food Runner preferred
