Administrative Coordinator at CommonSpirit Health
*Job Summary and Responsibilities*
As our Administrative Professional, you will be an integral contributor to our operational success, providing comprehensive support to leadership and ensuring an environment of efficiency and high-quality service.

- Demonstrates adherence to the Standards of Conduct Requirements. -Completes and turns in the SOC acknowledgement card. -Fulfills compliance education requirements as directed by the Compliance Department or department management.
- Takes minutes at all meetings, including but not limited to staff meetings, business plan meetings, in-services. Assures that accurate attendance is recorded.
- Gathers data for general information purposes or special narrative statistical reports, develops forms to secure such data and formats final reports.
- Prepare general correspondence and documents from rough drafts, edit drafts for composition and grammatical structure and determine proper format. Picks up mail daily. From mailbox and Nursing Office. sorts, reviews, and distributes mail. Prepares responses to routine inquiries.
- Demonstrates excellent teamwork and communication skills when dealing with staff, physicians, and other departments.
- Arranges meetings and conferences, reserve rooms, orders food, and schedules appointments. Coordinate seminars, workshops, classes and other education activities and projects as assigned, under the direction of the Imaging Director.
- Job Requirements*Required
- Experience in office management including significant computer knowledge with both Microsoft and Google office programs.

$26.45 - $37.36 /hour
