Kia of Murfreesboro is looking for an experienced, energetic BDC Manager to lead our team. We're one of the busiest Kia dealerships around, representing one of the hottest brands in the industry, and we need someone who knows how to build processes, coach people, drive accountability, and most importantly—produce results.

We're not looking for someone to simply manage a BDC. We're looking for someone who can inspire a team, maximize every opportunity, and create an exceptional customer experience from the very first interaction.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing BDC team
• Drive appointment setting, show rates, and overall department performance
• Monitor KPIs and use data to improve results
• Develop processes that keep the department efficient and productive
• Train team members on phone skills, customer engagement, and follow-up
• Partner with Sales and Service leadership to deliver a seamless customer experience
