Intake Coordinator at DelRicht Research

DelRicht is seeking an Intake Coordinator to connect patients with clinical trials. This is an on-site, phone-based role focused on following up with warm leads in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

What You'll Do

• Make compassionate outbound calls to prospective patients and screen them for clinical trial eligibility and interest
• Manage a high volume of calls with accuracy and urgency
• Learn study details and patient requirements
• Partner with clinic and recruitment teams to meet enrollment goals

What You'll Bring

• Required : 1+ year of professional experience in a customer-facing sales role
• Required : Work rotating Saturday shifts
• Compassionate, people-focused phone communication skills
• Resilience, self-motivation, accountability, and strong follow-through
• Ability to stay organized and meet goals in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Commitment to excellent patient care, quality, and compliance
• Strongly preferred : Bachelor's degree
• Strongly preferred : Phone-based experience in a call center, collections, banking, or high-volume customer service environment
• Strongly preferred : Experience upselling, earning commission, or meeting quotas

Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.

Compensation

• Base salary: $33,000–$40,000, plus uncapped commission.
• Average first-year earnings: approximately $46,000–$54,000
• Uncapped commission paid biweekly, with higher earning potential for strong performers!
