Key Responsibilities Include

• Delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
• Evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessments and updating care plans accordingly
• Providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs
• Implementing department policies, goals, and procedures
• Ensuring excellent customer service and positive patient interactions
• Collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary team

Qualifications And Skills

• Diploma or degree in Nursing (associate’s or bachelor’s)
• Active RN license in applicable state
• CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation)
• Preferably one year of skilled nursing experience
• Strong reasoning, judgment, and communication skills
