Material Handling Service Coordinator at ACT

Come join our team and help us continue to be the number one service provider for equipment repairs! Our Winston Salem, NC branch is looking to add to its team and needs an administrative role of Service Coordinator. This role supports our technicians and the Service Admin team with the following:

• Provide quotes for service repairs
• Complete full-service process including opening the work order, monitoring WIP, invoicing, and closing work orders
• Generate POs
• Assist with dispatching technicians to customer sites
• Provide a high level of customer service
