Job Summary
Assists a project manager in applying process and project management skills within an area of business or technical specialty. Supports the management of small portions of well defined projects. Provides administrative and logistics support for a project team and project manager.
We are looking for a talented Project Analyst - Strategic Data Centers (Remote) to join our Distribution business.

- Createrecurringandadhocreportsforleadershipandoperationalstakeholders.
- Identifytrends,gaps,risks,andopportunitiesthroughdataanalysisandbusinessinsights.
- Supportdatavalidation,qualitychecks,andprocessimprovementinitiativestoensurereportingaccuracy.
- Collaboratewithcross-functionalteams,includingIT,dataengineering,operations,andbusinessleaders,toimprovedataaccessibilityandusability.
- Presentfindingsandrecommendationsinaclear,concise,andbusiness-focusedmanner.
In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Experienceinbusinessanalytics,reporting,projectcoordination,dataanalysis,orarelatedfield.
- ProficiencywithPowerBI,Tableau,Excel,orotherbusinessintelligenceandreportingtools.
- Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskillswiththeabilitytoidentifytrendsandrecommendsolutions.
- Experiencecreatingdashboards,reports,KPIs,andperformancemetrics.
- Strongattentiontodetailandabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesinafast-pacedenvironment.
- Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytoexplaincomplexinformationtodifferentaudiences.
- Experienceworkingwithlargedatasets,databases,andreportingsystems.
- Abilitytocollaborateeffectivelywithcross-functionalteamsandstakeholders.
- Experienceautomatingreportingprocessesandimprovingreportingefficiencyispreferred.
- KnowledgeofSalesforce,BMS,BPTS,CPQ,OIP,orsimilarbusinesssystemsisaplus.
Additional Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret business data from multiple sources.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and scorecards using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Partner with business teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
- Support data validation, quality checks, and reporting accuracy.
- Create recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership and operational teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights to drive business performance.
- Automate manual reporting processes where possible.
- Present findings in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner.
- Work with IT, data engineering, and business teams to improve data availability and usability.
Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
College or equivalent degree preferred.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
