Job Summary

Looking for a role where your expertise makes a difference every day? We’re building a telehealth team in California and seeking licensed LMFTs, LCSWs, and LPCCs. You’ll provide therapy to individuals and families statewide, all while working from home in a structured yet supportive environment.

Schedule & Pay

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually

Core Duties

• Deliver therapy sessions virtually
• Develop tailored treatment plans with measurable outcomes
• Work with other providers to ensure client success
• Maintain timely, compliant records
• Stay current with continuing education and best practices

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
• At least 2 years of therapy experience
• Strong communication and telehealth skills
