Job Title: Residential Remodeling Foreman

Location: San Jose, CA and surrounding Bay Area

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $35–$45 per hour, based on experience

D&D Home Remodeling is a family-owned design-build remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, additions, and ADUs. We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and hands-on Remodeling Foreman to supervise our residential construction projects and field crews.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees, subcontractors, and daily jobsite activities

• Read and follow project plans, scopes of work, and construction schedules

• Coordinate daily work with the Project Manager

• Verify that all materials and deliveries are correct before installation

• Inspect workmanship and ensure all work meets company quality standards

• Ensure jobsite protection is properly installed and maintained

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite

• Take daily progress photos and provide clear project updates

• Report material needs, delays, problems, and change requests immediately

• Coordinate inspections and confirm that work is ready before the inspector arrives

• Prevent unnecessary damage, mistakes, delays, and material waste

• Perform hands-on construction work when necessary

• Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients

• Complete final quality-control inspections and project punch lists

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of residential remodeling or construction experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising construction crews

• Strong knowledge of framing, drywall, painting, tile, flooring, cabinetry, plumbing, and electrical coordination

• Ability to read construction plans and understand project scopes

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Must take responsibility and report problems immediately

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to travel to projects throughout San Jose and the surrounding Bay Area

• Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using construction applications

• English required; Spanish is a plus

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
