Are you a strategic manufacturing leader who thrives on improving operations, developing teams, and delivering business results? We're looking for an Operations Manager to lead all aspects of our Tulsa manufacturing facility, overseeing Engineering, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Environmental, Health & Safety.

In this highly visible leadership role, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving profitability, and ensuring world-class performance across the plant. If you're passionate about Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and building high-performing teams, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily plant operations with full accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that improve efficiency, profitability, and long-term business growth.
• Champion Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
• Manage financial performance, budgets, and operational resources to maximize business results.
• Foster a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and executive leadership to meet customer expectations and business objectives.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing manufacturing leadership team.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
• Proven success leading industrial manufacturing operations with responsibility for production, quality, maintenance, and engineering.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, driving profitability, and improving operational performance.
• Experience implementing Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence at every level of the organization.
