Outside Golf Services Attendant at Rosen Hotels & Resorts

Summary

The Outside Golf Services Attendant ensures carts are properly staged for guest use, assists with bag placement from arriving vehicles or hotel guests, and may handle valet services and bag storage. After play, they clean equipment and load bags onto the outgoing rack.

Responsibilities

• Performs monthly, weekly, and daily cart detail ritual.
• Keeps the cart barn organized, safe, and clean.
• Stages carts for regular play and tournaments.
• Follows detailed procedure on valeting guest cars from arrival to departure.
• Handles all daily maintenance of the golf range and practice area - picking up range balls and staging range equipment.
• Loads bags onto a Guest's cart before the round.
• Watches intently for any Guest in need of assistance.
• Cleans and unloads a Guest's clubs at the end of the round.
• Disposes of trash and cleans carts and stores them in the cart barn.
• Keeps all supplies and amenities properly stocked and staged.
• Keeps the lower patio areas clean and trash-free.
• Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
• All other duties as assigned.

Experience/Qualifications

• Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Education and Certification(s)/License(s)

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Florida Driver's License required.
