Physical Therapy Today, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our South Loop team in Lubbock, Texas. At Physical Therapy Today, you'll work with a diverse outpatient population while delivering individualized, evidence-based care. Our clinicians treat patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical procedures, chronic pain conditions, sports-related injuries, and a variety of musculoskeletal impairments. Your Role
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
- Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
- Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-surgical, musculoskeletal, sports medicine, and mobility-related conditions.
- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
- Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
- Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
