Facilities Manager
This is a professional, hands-on role working across multiple departments to ensure seamless operations. This position will support and split the work week at secure locations in San Antonio, Texas.
Responsibilities
Office Facilities
- Welcome and direct facilities vendors (cleaners, maintenance, etc). Ensure vendor performance, timeline, and service quality
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and complete monthly facility safety checks
- Ensure office spaces are clean, functional, and well-maintained. Report all issues and concerns
- Main point of contact and coordination of on-site visitors
- Support space planning and layout changes to support team growth and operational needs
- Retrieve and audit monthly utilities statements
Administrative Coordination
- Manage company information email inbox, directing emails accordingly
- Check physical mail and redirect to appropriate co-workers
- Maintain office supplies stock and complete purchasing
- Own scheduling of professional virtual and in-person meetings
- Support internal company on-site events
- Other administrative tasks as needed
This is a non-exempt, hourly role. This role is on-site daily in San Antonio, Texas. Hours may vary depending on priorities.
Requirements
- 3+ years as an office manager, facility manager, restaurant manager or other equivalent experience is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to jump in and assist with administrative tasks across all departments
- Ability to take direction from multiple leaders
- Use and knowledge of MS Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and basic Excel
- Ability to learn new software
- High School diploma or equivalent

- Associate’s degree in communication, business, or applicable area of study
