Why Join Us
More To Show is an international agency specializing in technical direction at the intersection of events, fashion, and architecture. It is part of the Show More group, alongside Ombre (lighting design) and PWR Lighting (innovative lighting solutions). Between concept and spatial execution, More To Show develops environments where light, material, and movement interact. Each project becomes a language; each space, an experience. For houses such as Dior, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Christian Louboutin, Maison Margiela, and Mercedes-Benz, the agency creates precise, immersive, and sensorial environments. A practice where technique recedes in favor of emotion, and where every detail contributes to a unified spatial narrative.
Our team brings together a variety of backgrounds, experiences, and expertise, enabling us to tackle diverse challenges and deliver meaningful projects. We believe that great work happens in a positive, collaborative, and supportive environment, where everyone is encouraged to contribute, grow, and make an impact.
We are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and flexible workplace where people feel respected, valued, and empowered to be themselves. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, marital or veteran status, pregnancy, disability, or any other characteristic protected under applicable law.
If you are looking for a role where you can make a real difference while being part of a collaborative and people-focused team, we would love to hear from you.
