Role Overview

The Supply Chain Coordinator provides operational support within the supply chain team, focusing on procurement and management of indirect materials essential for manufacturing and operations.

Key Duties

• Procure and oversee indirect materials, maintaining optimal stock levels
• Coordinate with internal teams to address demand and resolve shortages
• Manage supplier communication, order processing, and issue resolution
• Support inventory accuracy through ERP transactions and data validation
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and variance investigations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth material flow
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and develop supply chain knowledge

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or associate degree preferred
• 1–3 years in purchasing, supply chain, or related roles
• Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and develop problem-solving skills
